Lead Therapist and Owner, Lauren Herbert BSc (Hons) is a highly experienced Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist, Medical Acupuncturist, Certified in both Post-Op and Lymphoedema Lymphatic Drainage. Working with a range of issues and clients from elite athletes such as the All Blacks, Springboks and Wallabies through to work place injuries, postural issues, pregnant ladies, post mastectomy women, age related aches and pains and young budding sports people. At Select Therapy we offer a full range of treatments, postural and stretching advice.

Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer Adam brings a wealth of experience within pain relief and movement. He has a passion for sporting injuries and with his experience within Sports Therapy and Personal Training he is able to assess form and biomechanics. Adam has a passion like Lauren for Soft Tissue Therapy and the benefits that brings to relieving pain and regaining function through correct exercises.From frozen shoulder, knee pain, rehabilitation post joint replacement through to torn muscle and ligament sprains, Adam offers a friendly and confident approach to helping you move pain free.
